My hands are very stiff every morning after I wake up. Any ideas or suggestions?

  I often found that keeping my hands under warm water extra long in the morning (when I brush teeth) makes it feel much better. JT
  fingers in both hands every morning is hard to move i feel pain in it.

My knee hurts all the time. especially when i stand up and put preasure on it. It used to only hurt with thechanging of the weather.. mostly when it rained but now its a constant pain that never goes away.. Do i have arthritis? If so what can i do to

I find that pomegranate juice (you can get it at Trader Joes) really helps me (or at least I think it helps). Give it a try... MT

When I have stiff hands in the morning, placing them in a warm water for about 5 minutes really helps. Any idea why?

As silly as it sounds, but I found that exercising my hands by lifting a gallon of milk a few times a day helps...crazy but it works for me.
